We are looking for help with the Association to plan the upcoming events and continue the sisterhood of the Madonna community. We will not be collecting dues for the Association. However, we encourage you to continue the legacy of Madonna High School by donating to the Madonna Foundation which provides scholarships for girls in the Chicago area. Click here to donate.

After covering operating expenses, any profit generated by the MHSAA will be donated to the Madonna Foundation. Since MHS closed, the Madonna Foundation has provided over 1400 scholarships totaling over $3.5 Million in scholarship funds so that girls just like us were able to attend one of the six an all girls Catholic High School remaining in the Chicago area. Let’s keep these all- girls Catholic High Schools going!

No. We are currently operating the Alumni Association with a board of advisors. However, we are more than happy to include you in any of our event committees or planning efforts. Email us if you would like to be included.

No. The contact information is not shared with any third party. It’s used to maintain communication with the Madonna Foundation and the Alumnae of MHS. Using email (share your email address!) will reduce our overhead (as USPS mailings are neither timely nor cheap!).

You will be notified if a class rep would like to contact you for a reunion.

All transcripts for Madonna High School graduates are held at the Joseph Cardinal Bernardin Archives and Record Center located at 711 West Monroe in Chicago, IL.

Records usually take 7 to 10 business days to process, and there is a small fee involved. You can fill out the form online or go to the office in person and request the records. If you need records expedited, it is best to go in person and then you can have them in 3 business days (there is an additional charge).

We became associated with the Madonna Foundation in the Spring of 2021.

The Alumnae Association under the Madonna Foundation, will provide expanded resources that:
  • Maintain and update our alum’s contact information using an up-to-date database system
  • Provide information regarding our alums and events in timely manner
  • Provide a not-for-profit umbrella for the alumnae association along with administrative resources.
It is our goal to continue the legacy of MHS by coming back home to the Franciscan Way.

Any eighth grade girl who is planning to attend one of the six remaining all-girls Catholic High Schools in the Chicago area can apply online between February 1 and February 28th in the eighth grade year. The scholarship is eligible for renewal all four years of high school if the scholar is in good standing.
